 dare at a New Years eve party in Port Indian. High Noon and no wet suits! T
 his polar bear club like event of water skiing on the Schuylkill river on t
 he first day of the new year.  Some years have been mild while others have 
 involved breaking ice just to launch the boats into the frigid waters.   \n
